The Smile Federal Employees Dental InsurancePlan gives you the OPTION to include Vision Plan Benefits with your Enrollment in the Federal Dental Plan for an additional $5.00 per month. When you enter the Online Quote and Enrollment Portal the Vision Care Plans Option Box is Defaulted to YES. If you elect Not to take the Vision Plan Benefit, simply change the Vision Service Plans Option Box to say No. Below are the Federal Employees Vision Care Plan Benefits included with Optional Federal Vision Service Plan Benefit. This is a brief description of Discounts, Service and Benefits which are subject to change. The Federal Vision Care Program is a Discount Vision Care Plan not affiliated with Security Life Insurance Company of America. The Federal Vision Program is Not required Coverage of our Federal Employees Dental Insurance Plan. The Federal Vision Benefit is OPTIONAL.
